Sintra

Sintra is one of the most beautiful places in Portugal. It's known for its romantic castles.Not only the castles are of interest for visitors, but also the subtropical forest with its 3000 different plants like farns, palms and giant trees.

Of special beauty is the Palacio Nacional de Sinra. You can see it in the picture on the right. And don't forget to visit the Palácio de Pena.
